Rebate4buyer.com offers a rebate to its home buyers who use Del Hickman as their exclusive buying agent. The amount of the rebate will be based on the cooperating broker commission actually received by Rebate4buyer.com for its services as its client’s sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real property. The rebate will be paid in the form of a reduction of closing costs, contribution to buyer's down payment through escrow or by check, upon the successful close of escrow/settlement with Rebate4buyer.com.
At the close of escrow, Home buyers will receive a rebate amount of 35% of buyer agent's commission (approximately 1% of the home price) up to $20,000, if the final purchase price is above $300,000. The rebate amount will be 30% of buyer agent's commission if the final purchase price is below or equal to $300,000 but above $200,000. The rebate amount will be 25% of buyer agent's commission if the final purchase price is below or equal to $200,000 but above $100,000. The rebate amount will be 20% of buyer agent's commission if the final purchase price is below or equal to $100,000.

Rebate amont and terms might be changed from time to time with or without notice. Rebate4buyer.com has the sole right to explain the terms of rebate program. Buyers are encourage to receive a written rebate agreement from me before the close of escrow.
